Athlete Development Grant

The Boosters provide Athlete Development Grants to eligible LFHS student-athletes in support of their participation in summer athletic camps and other qualified events.

This grant is available to all current freshmen, sophomores and juniors attending the Lake Forest High who participate in a recognized inter-scholastic sport and attend a sports (including camps sponsored by LFHS and/or the Lake Forest Recreation Department) during the Summer.  The grant will pay the actual cost of the camp up to $150.

The Athletic Dept. will begin accepting Applications on April 2, 2012

The Deadline to Submit an applications is May 14, 2012

1. Please download the Application & Requirements
2. Print and complete the form
3. Submit for to the Athletic Office and schedule interview
4. Conduct interview with Booster Grant Chairperson.
5. After the camp, submit a letter to the Boosters describing the camp and the benefit to the athlete with proof of payment for the camp.

The Deadline for the follow up letter is September 7, 2012
